I do not recommend. I went to this place to change the oil ... he put the wrong oil and put 5 liters of oil .. too much oil ... now my car is failing ... it doesn't work ... my car is for 4 liters.
very unprofessional and lazy staff. The people there don’t want to work. I visited there twice to change winter tires but the guy keeps delaying, besides taking the appointment, they refused to provide the service as they were not in a mood to work. I travelled from Mississauga all the way and had this pathetic experience. For all of you guys please find some other professionals for the service this location is just the worst.
Avoid this shop,,,the owner was so greedy,,,,im a woman and doesnt know much about car parts,,,,went there for oil change then mechanic said my car has a leakage,,,i ask how much if they will do then owner said 300,,,,thought its a long and hard to do but i noticed they only change rubber something like that in less than an hour,,,,when i paid,,, the owner cannot even look at me and just give the receipt without giving any paper which part they change or whatsoever labour they had done,,,,,very unprofessional act,,,,
Went for change of brakes.. the new brakes went bad with in 6000 kms.. my original brakes lasted 70k kms... total waste of money.. won't recommend at all
Came here to get a hole in my tire fixed and they noticed my power steering fluid was leaking and told me I needed a new rack and pinion which would cost $750. I went to my normal mechanic who told me that a replacement would be $250-$300 but that he would look to see if it actually needed replacing. He determined that it was just two small parts and fixed the leak for $60. Either they don't know what they're doing or they're just trying to make some extra cash. Either way don't trust them.
I came here yesterday to find that the hours have changed for this week and that they now close at 5pm rather than the usual 6:30. I left work early today and got here at 4:30 to fix something small and they’re already closed with a sign that says they’re closed tomorrow (no mention of closing even earlier today) and of course they don’t have a voicemail or alternate way to contact them. They already planned to close early and indicated that yesterday but they left earlier than their sign stated. This is disrespectful of other people’s time and super annoying for someone who is arriving for the second time to find their hours have changed on a whim.
