Just completed my home renovation with some changes in the layout. Needed several doors and one of them was a custom size door which I could not find. One of the trademen suggested that I should visit Tim Carpenter Supply (TCS). TCS were able to supply and deliver the doors, including the custom size one and different trims to my requirements. Furthermore, the total price was well within my budget. During my friendly discussion with their staff, I found out that they are not just a retailer, they manufacture door there and they are also a supplier to big construction projects as well. I was looking for home materials to replace doors, floor mouldings, shoe mouldings and casings in our detached house. I first looked at obvious choices such as the big box stores, but did a little more digging and found Trim Carpenter Supply. Their prices were extremely competitive but was not the major deciding factor on why I went with them. What made me commit to ordering through them was the level of customer service shown by all who worked there. Everyone was extremely helpful in walking us through materials, to the process of how things should be installed. Worked directly with Mary, Cam and Phil and they were all extremely helpful at all junctures of the process. I recommend them over any big box store.
Great service, even helped us load. Offered to help us put our bikes back on car. Have been buying from them for a few years now, even though we are 400 miles from them. Lovely mouldings, great services and more than fair prices. Definitely better than box store in all aspects!
