Outstanding service. Ali, what a breath of fresh Air. Knows his products. An absolute joy to speak with. We went with another manufacturer but had to call this Gentleman out. Let us walk n check things out yet eying from a distance. Knew when we needed some assistance and pop he was there. This is how it should be anywhere. Loathe when the moment one walks in somewhere and Boom attacked by salespeople. Wait a moment you'll get a better response. Ali straight forward. Tells it like it is. Again how it should be!!! Really expensive services as compare to other brand dealers. Before the services give me different qoute for expense, afer the service a lot adding more in expenses without letting me know ahead of time..
Steer clear of this place. At least their service dept. They're charging customers for work that's covered under warranty. This is being done to people that are not well informed of the process and their rights. A call to head office on behalf of my customer reveals the corruption goes right to the top as they're response to the situation was "we're sorry you had this happen but we're powerless to stop it or refund the customers money as the dealers are free to charge what they want" So perhaps even steer clear of the brand altogether
I am out of town buyer and this is my second brand new vehicle purchase from Queensway Mitsubishi. Once more, I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I truly felt that the team cared for my needs and myself as a customer. They had a great cash price on the new, in stock SUV. The entire buying process – from the initial price quote, handling my trade-in, to delivery of the new vehicle – was straightforward and hassle-free. I got an oil change, new front and rear breaks and new wipers installed on a Thursday. Saturday I had some weird thumping noise happen, had it towed with CAA to the dealership. They brought it in Monday, checked then road tested it and magically nothing there, hmm go figure.... I continued having streaking issues on my windshield as previously, that's why I asked them to install new ones. A month later the passenger wipers rubber is ripping off. I had to install actual new ones from canadian tire and look at that, all the streaking magically went away. 100% they did not install new ones because a previous dealership did it yrs ago and they lasted. They replied to this saying oh just come on by as if I don't work 50+ hrs a week and plus how can I trust this dealership to even do a simple wiper change if they can't previously? I dropped $1,600 to learn this dealership is full of con artists. Anyway I learned how to install wipers myself and saved a ton of money fixing the issue that this dealership could not and I'm not even a mechanic. Sad.
