I had a great experience at Pita Land Shawarma. The chicken rice bowl was absolutely delicious—well-seasoned, tender chicken served generously over flavorful rice, complemented perfectly by fresh toppings and sauces. The portion size was satisfying and great value for money. What really stood out was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. From the get go the service was incredible. The looked happy to serve us as we ordered our platters. The food was excellent and one of the best shawarma meals I’ve had at an incredible value!
Great staff polite helpers at the food prep table. The girls are always smiling and working hard. One of the only places we tip alot for a fast food counter service.
Smallest wrap known in ontario and the large one doesn't even have as much meat as the competitors when it comes to shawarma and I've tried every shawarma spot in Sauga and Etobicoke. For a shawarma to be large, it should come in saj bread with a good amount of meat. Please do your market research and price vs quantity comparison with your competitors.
This is the worst location. I’ve ordered DoorDash twice here and both times they’ve not given items in my order. It’s so annoying, especially because both times I had guests over. The worker was also rude on the phone and lying about there not being a manager there as well as about her name. Garbage food and garbage service.
You are a brave soul if you eat here. Look how filthy the stove and uutensils are. Never been cleaned looks like. Chicken reheated over and over pushed into a pile in the corner touching the dirty walls of the stove. Walked out will never eat here.
We ordered potato bowls with beef shawarma, chicken wraps, and drinks. While the chicken shawarmas were decents, the beef shawarma was unfortunately very dry. The ordering process was a bit difficult because the staff spoke so quietly that it was hard to understand. We were also asked if we wanted to add feta cheese, but it wasn’t made clear that this came with an extra charge. Overall, the food was okay, but there are definitely areas that could be improved for a better experience.
