Really bad customer service practices. I wandered around for 20 minutes, obviously in need of assistance, and the staff just stared at me like I was from another planet. I haven’t felt like that since I was in high school, it was a very demeaning experience.
Based on the reviews I'm sure it's usually better, but I had a horrible customer service experience. I came in to buy some shirts, but whichever employee I talked to is not cut out for retail, he was sarcastic and rude at even the most basic questions.
Love this store. Harry rosen's is always awesome, the staff are always friendly, and it's always a good experience. They always have what I want, or what I need. Always top quality, always great Style.
