This is a great place and good customer service! Rupal is great at what she does and very detail oriented. The space is always super clean and nice and comfortable to visit.
Been going to Rupal for my laser and facial treatments since the opening and it’s always a good experience. As long as you follow the after care instructions to a T after the treatment definitely you’ll see great results. She always checks up on you after the treatment and is always going above and beyond. Thanks to her I am almost hair free and my skin tone has evened out and almost no acne.
It's really hard to find a decent place to get your eyebrows threaded in the Toronto area. Rupal did a good job, eyebrow were symmetrical and more importantly, she didn't take too much off!
My colleague recommended me to Skinsavvy. Rupal owner of this laser place was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable as it was my first laser experience. It's a very clean place.... I highly recommend Skinsavvy spa. I am an extremely happy customer.
Got my eyebrows done and was not impressed. The lady (assuming it was the owner) wasn’t nice at all, definitely not personable or warm. And then over charged me $10 for eyebrows. She had missed a big chunk I had to tell her to do, and overall she didn’t even do a good job. I will never go back here again. If you want your eyebrows done nicely take an extra 15m and drive to Rexdale, definitely worth it there. It’s Cheaper, the people are nicer and they do a great job. Big mistake in my part by coming here.
The owner is very nice and I enjoyed the fact that she did not put pressure into buying more products or services. However, I must say that microdermabrasion treatment is awfully painful and not relaxing at all. It was my first time but I’m sure it’s not supposed to hurt that much. After 3 days my face still burns.
This wonderful little spa is well worth a visit. The aesethician is very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. I really enjoy the facial products used on my skin. I highly recommend a visit and a treatment here. I must also add that the price for a treatment with high end products is excellent. What is also important is how squeaky clean you will discover this location to be. That is more than a bonus.
