Avoid this place at all costs.i have been patient here and it's the worst.My doctor here is Dr.Gobran.everytime I book an appointment here he is always late for the appointment.the last appointment made me so upset.i had an appointment at 3pm which later on I was going to pick up my baby at school at 4:30pm.the receptionist told me to wait in the room.i saw my doctor was in his office chatting and laughing with his other colleagues.there were no other patients in the rooms as all the doors were open.i stayed there waiting from 3pm-4pm.i went to the reception to ask if my appointment was cancelled.when the doctor heard me complaining he came calling my name.he asked to go in the waiting room and asked me what I wanted.i asked him if he was aware I waited for him for 1 hour when he was chatting and laughing with his colleagues.he started saying it is normal to do that.i told him he had wasted my whole time if I knew I needed to wait that long I could have gone to a walk in clinic.note this has happened several time.this place is a complete joke.avoid it at all costs.
The administration reception are absolutely terrible. They do not answer their phone or respond to your emails. I’ve been trying to renew a prescription through my pharmacy for over a month and they have not even responded to the pharmacy.
I've been a patient for a while and am a big big fan of Dr. Dane, and soon will have family seeing Dr. Lockhart as well. Their appointments are always on time with little to no wait which is so rare for a doctor's office. When I email for an appointment I typically get a quick response the same day, at most the next, but they've also sometimes called me to let me know they can't get me in but are happy to put me on the appt list for the after hours clinic they partner with (sometimes it's at their location, sometimes another in Etobicoke). I agree with other reviews that you won't get through calling, but again I have zero issues with emailing and that works perfectly fine for my family. Dr. Dane has been one of the best listening and thorough doctors while also being very knowledgeable and kind, I would recommend him to anyone. I was with this office before the management change and have noticed an improvement in the admin side of things since the change.
I transferred over to this facility after my now former Family Doctor when back to her other practice and also, since it is just a skip and a jump away from home. my only issue is with the performance of administration and getting the runaround, otherwise, Dr Lockhart- who has taken over as my Family Doctor- is doing a great job.
I’ve never seen any front desk that awful, useless, and don’t want to help to patients. They have no idea what they’re doing. They can’t communicate, can’t help. Because they have no clue what they’re even doing there!
If you are new, please avoid this place at all costs. Booking appointment is a pain, you have to keep leaving messages on their voicemail. They won't do anything as part of the initial screening. Getting a simple blood requisition is also a task, they won't inform you even if a doctor has moved out. Giving one star out of no choice. Other clinics have yearly screening. All blood work and other tests are done right there and then or scheduled to help you know what needs to be fixed. With OneEva everything was a mystery.
I hate this clinic so much. Can't make an appointment anymore for some reason, so now I have to call on the same day I want to see my doctor. Before they'd tell me to wait a week or two for my appointment. Dr. Anthony Gobran basically threatened my mother saying she would get kicked out of the clinic and left with no family doctor if we kept going to a walķ-in clinic. Gave me an option to speak to a doctor over the phone after regular hours. I understand there are rules to follow but what am I supposed to do if no one answers the phone? Also, he's rude and impatient with my mother, who is an immigrant, as many in this country, and English is her second language. You've been warned. ---------------- UPDATE: 2024 Doctor fired me from the clinic after leaving this review, and I couldn't be happier with my new doctor. He sent me an x-ray for my knee immediately, whereas Dr. Gobran only told me to change my shoes after telling him I wasn't able to walk properly for a month (now almost two years). My knee is slowly healing and I don't need to fight my doctor anymore. AUF WIEDERSEHEN ✌️
