Very poor communication. Staff busy in laughing and giggling rather than helping someone. So rude staff whosoever is working on the reception 10 dec at 2:30pm .
Awful experience. Called before going and nobody answered to phone to find out whether they would do the test we required. Upon arrival, no receptionist, so a kind technician took the bag with the physician's paperwork and within it a separate bag with the sample. Finally the receptionist was called to come to the desk and was rude and abrupt, questioning why I had put my husband samples in the same bag, to which I and the technician responded they were on separate bags. Then asked for his OHIP card which I provided. After searching she said that type of test wasn't done at that location, all through the process she was rude and short. Poor customer service, to be kind with my words. Had she answered the phone, it would have spared me going there. the test in question was nasal fluid for beta-2-transferrin.
After receiving a very bad experience by rude staff at Life Labs across the road at 115 Humber College Blvd. Suite # 630 on two occasions, my mom was no longer wanting to go back to Life Labs??. I decided to go across the street to Dynacare laboratory. at 100 Humber College Blvd. Suite # 105 Staff were quick, fast, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. totally different experience my mom went from upset to happy ? with tgeir services and finally getting her blood work done in such a fast, timely manner. Kudos to the staff, keep up the great work. ?

It's usually hard to find my vein and past experiences have been painful, but Maria is incredibly gentle, calm, and kind. I had a great experience at Dynacare. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. The process was quick, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Clean facilities and minimal wait time made it even better. Highly recommended for blood work and lab services!
