I recently did a session with Carol and it was great. She was attentive and very knowledgeable about different muscles. Did some great work on my right shoulder and upper back. Appreciate the post massage suggestions and rehab exercises as well. Will definitely be back for more sessions.
I had a 1 hour full body massage here by Carol. She was very professional and did a fantastic job. I left feeling relaxed and relieved of tension. The clinic is very clean and the staff was courteous and polite. I already booked myself another appointment and am looking forward to my next visit.
I have never tried acupuncture, but I am so glad I did. Haemi is so amazing. I could not believe how relaxed she made me feel. The acupuncture is actually helping with the pain in my legs. I highly recommend her services.
Excellent skilled RMT. I miss this place since I moved north. Loved the Swedish massage. The environment is a clinic and modest but the staff were great. On time service. Easy appointment booking online. Chairs in the hallway for waiting. They called when it was my turn. I had to leave my winter boots in the hallway.(2019)

I have been here many times and the experience has always been pleasant. I recently went for a massage and found the receptionist to be very rude. This was upsetting since I have always encountered very friendly staff there. Not what I was expecting at all.
The place is cheaper, hence the atmosphere is not as high end places, but definitely clean and tidy. Idk about 1 star comments, but I had no issues and both receptionist and massagist were very lovely and welcoming, which is important. And for cancelation they send emails all red in caps about moving appointment or cancelling. Which is fair to the personal. So be respectful and stop complaining. Massagist Sophia was good and professional and I enjoyed my session. Definitely recommend.
