Very disappointed in customer service. Ordered shin guards as a gift, and they arrived damaged. I have tried to contact the store every single day for almost 2 weeks, without a response/call back from the owner to sort this out. Given the cost associated with the products they sell, this is unacceptable.
I love how they keep me updated and even offer me free shipping when there are minor inconveniences. Definitely a go to place to get my gear, customer service is amazing. Shared this to my boxing friends and they said they’ll buy from here ?
The store went above and beyond for me and refunded me my shipping, even though the the error was made by the shipper resulting in my package being late. TYVM.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a selection of items, but the gloves were out of stock. Mathew was very helpful and offered a discount on another colour, but I was only looking for a specific colour/size, so he provided a speedy refund and still offered the free shipping even though I no longer hit the minimum spend. My delivery came quickly and was easy to track. Then when I opened my package, I was surprised to see a bonus item. It made my day, and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! :)
Mathew is very knowledgeable and was very helpful trying to get the correct equipment's I wanted. Their items are also very hot. They are always out of stock so if you like a specific equipment I would suggest calling in a head of time. Thanks~
