I came in to buy a few suitcases and ended up leaving with 4 suitcases and 4 carry-on bags because the prices were unbeatable. Seriously, some of the best deals I’ve seen anywhere. The quality of the luggage is top-tier, super sturdy and stylish, and perfect for travel. The customer service was exceptional they were friendly, patient, and helped me compare sizes, materials, and features without any pressure. They made the whole process quick and easy. The store was clean, organized, and had a huge selection so it was easy to find exactly what I needed. I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for great luggage at great prices. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Absolutely terrible experience. I bought two large suitcases and the woman at the counter went from polite to completely rude in seconds. No smile, no response, nothing. Meanwhile, the gentleman working there was the only decent person in that store. After I PAID and was leaving, she suddenly rushed over and started opening my brand-new luggage, pretending to “check the condition.” Let’s be real — she was checking to see if I had stolen something. If you need to inspect your own products AFTER payment, why even put them out for sale? It was insulting and completely unprofessional. I have never been treated like a thief for simply shopping. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Absolutely unacceptable.
Great luggage store with good prices and solid quality. The customer service at Mays Leather is always helpful and friendly. This is the only place I come to for luggage, and they even sell luggage scales which is super handy. Highly recommend!
Bought 5 32" luggage baggage for $55 each with the owner kabir promising that it would be allowed on checked baggage for air canada. I went home and took the measurements, and it was more than what Air canada allows. Called him and he said it's fine just tape the bag on the outside and if I don't want to just return it even though he said it was final sale. Got back and he wasn't there, another lady was, called him and he said he doesnt have a place to store the big bags and where do I want him to store them "on his head?". Not fun experience, don't trust his word.
I bought a 3 piece set of luggage for my honeymoon with four wheeler very good quality in nice pink colour and reasonable price. I highly recommend everyone to buy from this store. I still love my pink luggage!
