We booked the Mercedes sprinter limo, we cannot thank Joe enough for his exceptionally service. Everything was on time, and the Limo was beautiful. I booked their service for a rolling Stones Concert up north, we booked the Mercedes Sprinter limo, the service was great, we cannot thank Mark our driver enough, he certainly went above and beyond.
The customer service at this place is just horrible. I was clear about wanting to book them and they kept making it more and more difficult for me to even get through to someone to proceed with a booking. The quote changed from e-mail to e-mail and the inconsistencies are so jarring I ended up not bothering to reply and booked a different company. Unless you want to waste your time, don't bother with this place.
A+ Service. I Would highly recommend Toronto Limos 416 for anyone who wants a fun night out! We booked a 10 passenger Limo and was upgraded to the 14 passenger SUV for no extra cost. Richard was great! He went that extra mile to make sure that we had an unforgettable night!
