Amazing service. When I purchased my chandelier 2 years ago, they kindly made an alteration/modification to chandelier that was more acceptable to me. I recently broke a glass part on the light and they went above & beyond to get me the replacement part before a huge dinner party. I am very impressed with both product & service.
