Amazing service, can't recommend this place any . Took a leather jacket in for a clean and lining change, brought in my own liner. The end result was amazing. They did an amazing job. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I had the chance to meet the owners and I have to say they are so friendly, respectful and just beautiful souls. I definitely recommend taking your business there whatever it is I'm sure they will do an amazing job.
Sadly I am left disappointed by a bag repair I paid close to 600 dollars on. The price is not a concern as long as the job was done well and professionally. I picked up my bag only to notice black paint marks on the body of the bag from the edge repair I requested they do. I would expect a mistake like this to be fixed by the repair shop considering it was them that got the black paint on the bag in the first place. I have written customer service and waiting to see how they expect to remedy this.
I highly recommend Love Your Leather. Repaired a small tear in a suede jacket a couple of years ago and it is pretty much invisible. Recent cleaning & refinishing of a leather jacket made it look new. Great pickup and delivery options for Barrie and other locations.
Pleas people don’t take you bag or Any of your items to this place it’s crazy expensive and they do nothing to fix my Item that I drop off after being not satisfied with their service they yell and escort me out the most horrific customer service I ever been experienced terrible place terrible customer service
