Long awaited review… The reviews below are either fake or I was dealt with differently as of different religion or background. I chose KS Law to be my firm to execute the transaction of my first business purchase and it was a struggle, disappointment, and regrets. It’s not one thing to mention, I spoke with Kris and we agreed on a price with the job he needs to carry out but everything was going in the opposite direction. They weren’t calling the other party’s lawyer to figure out about papers or balances that needed to be paid. They weren’t able to read and explain the lease agreement and my rights a buyer. Just two days before the deadline I was called to visit the office to sign the papers. I had to wait 2 hours in Kris office and my papers weren’t ready and I had to come back another day. I had to called the other parties back and forth about final balance, new lease, and keys handover etc. Despite all this struggle, Kris charged us an unexplainable, hidden, extra or double fees. He could not explain what he is charging us when asked. It was just an invoice to be paid and the unprofessional way of convincing was unsatisfactory. My overall experience with Kris and his firm was disappointment which resulted in regrets.
