I used to love this laundry mat, it was always clean, smelled good machine prices were awesome over the last couple of years and different owners, this place has really gone down hill. Customers clean machines with harsh chemicals with NO consideration for other customers. I have a major allergy to pine and had 2 incidents with other patrons in 1 day alone try to educate people on allergies and it ends up with me getting cussed out they just lost a long time customer.
The place really needs some TLC. The last time I was there, a customer brought in safety boots — the kind that collect a lot of dirt, chemicals, asphalt, grease, etc. I think this can be quite detrimental to the health of people who come here to wash their clothes. Many customers probably notice it but don’t say anything. I would recommend addressing this politely with those customers for everyone’s well-being.
Probably the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. The owner and the lady who works there are so friendly and helpful. Laundry machines are well-maintained and clean. Plenty of parking on premises, super convenient location. My go-to place for weekly laundry.
Update July 29th 2025: Still unable to connect to wifi. See pics. There's a very loud TV blaring CP24 both times that I've been here, and it's a bit disturbing having to listen to news stories about people being raped, murdered, etc. on repeat while you're just trying to wash your sheets. Not a chill place at all. Very expensive. Wifi password doesn't work. Several machines were out of order. Some shady characters kept staring at me and laughing in a different language. Could be cleaner.
Area is a bit sketchy especially if you’re going at night. Prices of regular washing machines are pretty high compared to other laundry facilities I’ve visited (6.25$ per load) Wouldn’t necessarily recommend
1st time visit at Magic Coin, and the experience was amazing.Great customer care,efficient and effective machines,clean facility,courteos staff and very helpful.It becomes my absolute stop for all my laundry.Keep it up team Magic!I highly recommend that you visit this place and you shall definitely love it.
I am giving this place one star because there is no way to give it minus 10 stars. This place SUCKS and it is an understatement. Small place, very busy- the stuff working there is allowing people to leave their unattended finished laundry on washing machines despite the fact that they have signed posted. I have approached one of staff members and told her there is few washing machines that are done and no one is taking their staff out- they said it is none of their business or concern and I can wait. I asked so if someone come in 3 h you gonna make me wait She said yes. And told me I can use their little washers- well I need the big ones not a little one and she kept on telling me which ones I am allowed go use. She kept on telling me for good 5 minutes and finally I had to tell her to stop talking to me The owner of this place should be embarrassed of people he or she hires! Totally unacceptable and disgusting
