Had to go back twice. My first time that day they told me what I needed they would have to bag and it would take a few days. I tried other garden centres no one had the mixture. I went back to order for pickup and one of the employees a young man working outside asked me if I needed help. I explained what I wanted and he showed me the merchandise already bagged. The inside employees could have saved me time
Ordered 10 yards of triple mix for garden beds. The mix they sent is not the best for that purpose. It had a decent amount of grubs in it. The soil quality isn't good. It's very lumpy, is basic (most plants prefer neutral to slightly acidic), and is very low on nutrition. I did two tests to confirm. Now I need to buy lots of acidifier and manure to remedy this. It'll probably cost me more than the soil itself. Poor experience. Unlikely to buy from them again or recommend them to anyone else.
Worst customer service ever. You will never get a hold of anyone to answer your question through phone unless you go in person. Oh well, thank god they are not the only stone yard.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. I had a large soil shipment booked but they couldn't be bothered to return my calls to get an estimate on the truck size for delivery. Put me on hold for 20 minutes at one time.
Top notch sales and service. Delivery scheduled on time and the delivery person was thoughtful and conscientious. I would recommend this company to anyone!
They have a very good selection of natural stone and pre-cast concrete products along with a great display. It's a good place to bring customers to preview materials before they are installed. The staff know what they're talking about and have enough experience to help identify different stones. Also, the drivers often offer advice about the best place to place materials when delivered. Overall this is one of our favourite suppliers because of their customer service, professionalism, and location within the city. We highly recommend them!
Very poor service - needed some large armour stone and asked if someone could move a few to get to the one that would suit. Apparently that was too much to ask. Also asked for pricing at the front desk, didn't have a clue how to figure out the pricing, we had to wait for another guy to come and do it. Won't be back here.
