I have to say, with only one worker running around and helping many customers, hats off to you! She was able to help me and other customers by herself. It was Sunday morning on Black Friday weekend. She deserves a raise or bonus. As a first-time buyer of their products, she told me how to take care of them. Just wanted to say thank you to that lady, and I hope corporate takes notice.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. They’ll answer all your questions and help you get your order sorted. The products are very high quality. I love the experience of shopping here, and will be coming back.
The store is clean and bright and the merchandise is well displayed. Sales associate Mike helped me to locate my item, and it was on sale ( always a bonus). I really enjoyed shopping in person
It's my second visit at the store. Both of them were very nice with great chat about cooking experiences with Le Creuset. I was looking for a salt and pepper grinder. I bought the 20 cm wood ones and I love them. As with all their products, superb quality and Joanna, the Sales associate helped find the perfect shade of wood. Don't hesitate to go in and take a look. Every kitchen needs Le Creuset!
I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The store manager, Dorina, was extremely rude when dealing with my situation – a seemingly simple item exchange for a different colour. This was a house warming gift and I wasn’t given a gift receipt; the buyer also no longer had a paper receipt. The store manager demanded a bank statement (which is illegal btw), which I provided to show that it was bought at the Sherway Gardens location, along with the amount and the date. She then argued that I was showing her a refund as the amount showed in negative, which clearly meant it was deducted from the bank account. This still wasn’t good enough, and after wasting 20 minutes of my time she says “Even if I did find it [the receipt], we don’t have the colour you’re looking for.” I then asked her would it be possible to order it, or get it from another store? This question was too much for her to handle and she straight out IGNORED me, shook her head in aggravation, threw her hands up and walked away to sip her coffee in the back. She made a comment to the other employee, Ed, which is when he had to step in because apparently she no longer could do her job. This is when I decided the only way to resolve this issue is directly with head office whom I have yet to hear back from. I will never buy anything from this store, and advise everyone not to shop at this location unless you want to be belittled and humiliated by the manager. Le Creuset’s higher management needs to step in if this kind of customer service is being given at the store level; judging by the other online reviews, I’m not the only one. P.s . For what it’s worth, I have never had to write a negative review like this as I’ve worked in customer service for 15+ years, and am fairly understanding.
Was at the store today, the woman with white hair was extremely rude, i asked about why their retail price was much higher than Consiglio’s kitchen and then sale price was the same , she said “ just get it from there” so i did, i highly recommend Consiglios Kicthen.
I have bought a frying pan last Dec 2023. I did not use the pan and did some research that bright colours have some led and cadmium. I asked if they can replace it with a different colour. Unfortunately, the replacement they sent has some defects. I am pleases that they have replaced the defective item and I am so happy with the pan. Thank you Le Creuset for your excellent customer service. Highly recommend this brand.
