One month ago, a new Jaguar F-PACE was purchased from JLR Metrowest. The experience was outstanding. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable. The sales consultants Domenic and Kawshal, were knowledgeable about the Jaguar lineup. They were patient and professional. They understood the buyer's needs, answered all questions. The finance department was equally efficient and transparent, reviewed all options, and ensured there were no hidden costs. The paperwork was easy due to the efficiency and professionalism of the team. The car's presentation and walkthrough of all features made the moment of pickup special. The car drives well, blending luxury and performance, which exceeded expectations. Called parts department around 1pm. Ordered a part. Less than 2 hours later received order delivered to my shop. Parts department is a corporate level operation. Thanks. Highly Recommend.
Worst Dealership to do any warranty claim or Service at. The service adviser Micheal Hwozdyk, he discriminated and was racist. He kept trying to avoid me having to get the work done on the car through my valid warranty. In fact I called head office and told them all the issues and extra cost he was telling me to pay (over $500). They sent me to another location which actually helped me a lot and put everything through my valid warranty. I will advise you never to go to this location or to deal with Micheal as he will deny any issues your having. Then call you and tell you it’s more money out of your pocket so this way he can make his commission. He also has no idea about the car problems, not sure why someone has put him in this position.
Stay away from their service department ! Shortly, after purchasing my jaguar f-pace. The vehicle already require warranty work , the service advisor tried to charge me $200 for a warranty claim. Also, this dealership charges for a loaner vehicle. This experience made me completely turned off. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward and can no longer recommend jaguar metro west to anybody. Went to coventry north jaguar a week later. Not only did i not have to pay out of pocket, they also offer a FREE loaner vehicle to use in the meantime.
Just wanted to say special thanks to MASHAL AHMADI. I just recently bought a 2000 Land Rover Defender and MASHAL helped me certify the vehicle I’m a timely fashion. In addition I had a crack in the window and he got me in touch with a windshield repair company that was able to fix the problem. Definitely recommend MASHAL and Jaguar Metro West
