I had the worst experience with Sonia (Sandhya). She was rude every single time we spoke, and instead of helping me, her attitude made the whole process stressful and upsetting. Her behavior was so unprofessional. I expected support, clarity, and respect from an insurance agent, but unfortunately, Sonia provided none of that. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously because no customer should ever be treated this way.
