This is where we take the kids for treats and it's always fun thanks to the friendly staff. The store is very clean and the iced cream is served very neat.
This plaza is undergoing serious renovations but DON’T WORRY this place is still open! The store is in a new location and it’s fresh and shiny and bright. Love stopping by for a quick cone after a stop at the orthodontist!
It’s always a pleasure coming to Baskin- Robbins Humber-town Royal York, the customer service is always on point and the workers are always pleasant and friendly with welcoming smiles.
This store is outrageously overpriced compared to others — the price difference is shocking. The service is just as bad. The lady at the front completely ignored us and walked to the back without saying a word. We waited, and only after five minutes did another staff member come to take our order — and even then, it was taken wrong. To top it off, we were charged more than usual, with no explanation. The store itself is in terrible condition — no proper seating, no comfort, and the overall atmosphere is chaotic and unpleasant. Honestly, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Not a fan of writing a negative review only I found this truly shocking. Was at the store and it’s 11:25am the people are in the back no answering me. Weird. Poor business practice.
Terrible service tonight at this shop. Visited with an email coupon and asked the staff if I could use it and they said that it was accepted. After I ordered we tried to scan the coupon barcode and they tell me it’s not working. I asked them to manual punch it in or something and they said they couldn’t. When I asked for a receipt they said that was also broken. They offered no assistance and many excuses, even saying the owner was sick and wouldn’t be available for a few days. Secondly the price was higher than the location at the Costco. I’ll skip this place from now on and just go there.
We've gotten a few birthday cakes from the humbertown location, they never disappoint! Always great ice cream and the staff put alot of effort into the decorations. Well worth the cost for special events ETA the large tubs of ice cream are amazing, they cost a little more than store bought, but the difference is quality is worth it.
