I am absolutely blown away by the customer service at Tubs. A few years ago, the hinges on my vanity broke, and Pierre went above and beyond by sending someone to replace them—even though the issue was small and outside their usual service scope. This year, my vanity sink developed a hairline crack in a very unusual spot with no impact involved. Once again, Tubs responded immediately and offered to replace the sink, despite the warranty having expired. Their commitment to standing behind their products is truly exceptional. Everyone at Tubs has been a pleasure to deal with—Pierre, Tariq, and Melanie have all been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout every interaction. Everything I’ve purchased from Tubs for my kitchen and bathroom has performed beautifully—nothing else has ever broken. Their products are high-quality, and on the rare occasion that something isn’t up to their standards, they make every effort to find a solution. I highly recommend Tubs to anyone planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation. Their combination of quality products and outstanding customer service is unmatched.

I received a sink that had visible cracks, and it was clear someone had already tried to repair it. The product was obviously defective, yet the seller refused to take responsibility or offer a proper solution. Very disappointed — I expected an honest sale, not a damaged item that had been patched up. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.
Nothing but praises for this place. Jasjit is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive product. Once it was established what I needed, we just went down that path, and it was all done in a jiffy. I'm not sure about the prices, as there's really no reference. I am guessing they are on expensive side of things, but the products I bought are top notch.

Stay far away from this place. All the negative reviews believe them. Contractors do not get any supplies from this place. You will regret your decision. Over the past eight months I've had more problems than I can list. Just stay away
