It was my first time visiting here. Nav was really helpful. I was happy with her customer service. The ambiance is really cozy and clean. I will surely visit again. If you are around the area, you must visit this place.
Gurpreet has attended with great service. Great food, big portions, and super fresh. The shawarma and garlic sauce are always on point. Fast service and clean spot. Definitely one of the best quick-eat places around.
I was really disappointed with my recent experience here. For a meal that costs nearly $20, I expected better quality and value. Not only were the vegetables extremely limited (I only received about three small pieces of turnip), but when I asked for a bit more, I was told I'd have to pay extra. That just doesn’t feel fair for the price point especially for students.
I had a terrible experience at Pita Land. The food is okay, but the customer service was rude and careless. Bad service like this makes me not want to return.
I had a really disappointing experience here. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I politely mentioned it to one of the staff members, they started talking negatively about me in Hindi not realizing that I actually speak and understand the language. It was unprofessional and made the whole situation very uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service I’d expected.
Terrible service. I asked nicely to change my order from a Pita Bowl to a plate because the bowl was too small for the rice. The server rolled her eyes, made a face, and snapped, “I have to make that again for you now.” The place was completely empty. Top on that she said do whatever you want to do.
I won’t recommend it at all. Worst shawarma I ever had. I ordered chicken on rice and it chicken and rice was not fresh as the rice just so sticky and burned and not fresh at all even the chicken smell so bad. Just waste of money. Only thing which was good is cleanliness and customer service.
