Wow... The customer service of this place is terrible... I walked in, was the only one in there and the guy in the store didn't even greet me, or ask me if I was looking for anything in particular. Whatever he was doing at his computer was obviously far more important than a potential customer coming in during the off season months (December) with Christmas right around the corner. Maybe if I had a polo on and a ping hat they would have treated me differently. Despite not a single greeting, I still browsed the store for 5 minutes to see what they had, no further words were shared, and I left. Not sure how these guys are still in business considering they don't have an online store either. Won't catch me in this place ever again.
Terrible customer service. Guy in the store is rude and condescending. He didn’t have what I was looking for, which isn’t his fault, but his poor attitude certainly was. Talked to me like I’m an idiot for expecting him to have a part for a driver. Wouldn’t give them my business if they were the last golf shop in town.
Had a set of irons regripped here, as well as a broken shaft replaced. The price was right, and the work is great quality. The owner is a good guy, and there's plenty of used gems in the store for good prices.
Excellent, quick service. Very fair prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and will return for any future adjustments, grips or additional work I need done. Great selection of used clubs as well.
As a newer golfer, I went to Golf Gallery to learn a bit more about specific clubs and sets. Parrish was extremely friendly and answered my many questions. The store offers a number of new and used items (availability depending on time of the season). Greatly appreciated his help and guidance.
I recently had Parrish do a club head swap as well as a loft and lie check on some irons and he did fantastic work. He was thorough and great to deal with. I will be back with any other work I need. I highly recommend him!
Pretty good selection. Some of the stuff is not too badly priced. They offer trade ins and they will buy your old clubs as well. But... I brought in some Callaway Big Bertha's, 1 club missing from the set, a Callaway X2 Hot driver in very good condition, an Odyssey White Hot putter (almost new) and a Adams tight lies 5 wood (satisfactory condition). Their offer for trade in credit....$80! I sold the irons only on FB for $225. Shiesty.
