Bradley’s Etobicoke was the very first to respond — and they did so quickly and kindly, donating two Jett Tournament Roll-up Triple Weighted Chess Sets for our events. When I visited their Etobicoke location holding a baby, the staff greeted me so warmly and even offered me a place to sit. They also helped carry the chess sets to my car. Truly amazing customer service — very, very friendly people! They have a great selection of chess sets, boards, and other games. Highly recommend visiting this store — they really care about their customers and community. ❤️

My family has been buying sets of muckers for years 30 years. Love the game but within the last 10 years. The pegs are not as strong as they used to be Its as if the product was made differently than original. The peg often snaps generally in the same spot. I get my brother in law to then make a metal peg that lasts

Called looking for some product. If youre going to have such bad service just close then. Called another place and they were a million times helpful. In response to your review. I understand that you could be busy. But the way whoever answered was talking with me was rude and not listening at all to what i was trying to explain. As soon as i called another place they listened to what i was looking for and were able to sell me what i needed. It was a simple non contact transaction.
