Not a great experience, ordered one yogurt and later was told its out of stock and then took strawberry cheesecake flavour but was not that great. Quality of fruit was mixed, dint seem to be fresh instead just frozen and overall texture was also not great. It was too sweet for me n costly as per size

Very bad experience, had a stomachache having their bubble tea. And I don’t understand why there is an option for tips on the card reader. Aren’t tips supposed to be for dine-in services? Maybe bank tellers should have a tip option on their card reader, because they do provide services as well. Would never visit this location again.
this is a great frozen yogurt chain. there are many variations to choose from. I recommend the strawberry cheesecake ü sensation. you can also get früz tea at this location. the service was fast and friendly!
The frozen yogurt was absolutely exquisite the flavor exploded in my mouth it was a life changing experience, I swear I saw Jesus my life is now complete.
Frozen yogurt itself was 5 stars - flavourful, creamy, and not at all melty. Customer service was so-so, one of the workers was friendly, but the other was impatient and rang up our order before giving us a chance to decide on toppings and seemed annoyed when she had to change it because I asked for toppings.
Ordered yesterday a large cup of Chocolate, only 1/3rd of the cup was filled up and was charged $7.10. That is ridiculous but I didn't have the time to bring the issue up to the employee as I was in a rush. will never purchase from them again
