There is one clean washroom for the delivery drivers. There are only 3 docks so they will told to wait if you come before the appointment. No waiting area we need to park on the road. Decent unloading.
The receiver was very disrespectful. I went to the facility, and one of the shippers told me to go to the next building for receiving. But when I got there and rang the doorbell multiple times for service and waited for 15 minutes, nobody showed up. So, I went back to the shipping side, where they ignored me for another 15 minutes. Finally, the second guy came and grabbed my paperwork, I tried to tell him that there was no one at the shipping side he shushed me in the middle of my sentence! It was so rude. I've dealt with difficult American shippers before, but this was by far the worst. First, they made me run around for no reason, and then they were just plain disrespectful. I would give them 0 if there was an option.
These guys are open on Sunday as well. I got dock straight way. Got dock at 7am and unloaded within 1 hour. There are 3 docks and clean washroom for drivers.
Worst guy i ever met the guy who sits in the receiving office. the small height fat guy i asked for his name he didn’t gave me thats why need to describe him. So rude even in the early morning no manners how to talk i don't know how people work with him. Hopefully the higher management should do something about it.
