I can not recommend this place enough! The people working here consistently creat the most beautiful sets of bouquets I’ve ever seen. Even if you don’t know what you’re looking for, they will deliver exactly what you didn’t know you needed. The owner holds a clear strong care for her trade, so much so that she inquired with me about how soon I’d be getting my flowers home. If you need flowers, this is the place. To. Go.
I purchased a vase and two flowers from this shop. Shortly after leaving (3-4 hours), both flowers were lifeless. This was upsetting and hurtful as it naturally led to the conclusion that the flowers were already on their way out at the time of purchase. After speaking with the owner, who maintained that the flowers were in good health when they were sold, I received a refund. She explained that the two stem flowers cost $13.50 and the vase was $15, which was steep considering the vase quality and design (to me, the vase looks worth less than $2). Flowers are, or should be, the feature, and yet I was being sold a vase that was more expensive than flowers. This price breakdown was explained upon dispute but continues to feel suspicious to me. The vase was not with me when I came in for an agreed upon refund, so I had to return with the vase in hand to be issued a refund. This was disappointing given what had happened with the flowers, that I had to make another trip to the shop, and that the owner didn’t trust that the vase would be returned at a later, more convenient time. The owner was responsive and contacted me directly once an issue was raised. However, I didn’t feel a sense of integrity from the owner while doing business with the Potty Planter, and that made my experience disappointing overall.
I purchased 3 arrangements for mothers day. All of them looked exactly like the pictures shown on the website. My family LOVEEED the arrangements. Service was quick and easy, and the ladies working there were super professional and amazing. A lot of the flower shop websites had either a lot of their products sold out, flowers overpriced, the picture of the flowers did not look good, or they did not guarantee having the same flowers as the picture which complete turned me off. POTTY PLANTER was able to get me the same flowers, beautiful pots, and beautiful wraps. After buying flowers online and getting scammed last year for mothers day, I was supper skeptical with purchasing flowers online; however I am SO glad I found this place. Thank you Potty Planter for making my family happy :) this will be my go to for flowers going forward.
My wife stopped in for 2 small flower arrangement. Nothing crazy. Pink Roses and green stuff....120 bucks later Way over priced.......won't be in business with the new condo going in.... Small business ......affordable pricing!!!
This place has great service and beautiful flowers. The bouquet created was very beautiful, unique and loved by the recipient. I've never heard so many compliments about flowers! All thanks to The Potty Planter. Really happy with the transaction and the lovely lady that helped me even stayed open past closing to help me, she was extremely nice and helpful.
