Tim was very helpful in selecting the wood burning insert for our fireplace, even after receiving the photos and measurements of the fireplace he scheduled an in person appointment to look at the fireplace himself. Based on Tim’s suggestion we got the catalytic model with the larger window (my mom enjoys looking at the fire) with the blower, the blower makes a big difference and it’s helping heat the entire living room and the floors above. It was a challenging installation due to the previous chimney lining and Tim came up with a plan that did not require any costly and time consuming demo work. It feels good to meet someone who is so knowledgeable but also passionate about fireplaces. We have finally found our fireplace “guy” for all our fireplace needs and it feels great to support local businesses. Five stars all around!
