Very pleased with this clinic. Dr. Saleem is a breath of fresh air with his kind attitude and attention to detail. I could not ask for a better doctor to replace my long time doctor of 30 years who had just retired. I find the nursing staff and administrative staff pleasant as well. Receiving reminders of appointments via text is also very convenient.
I’ve had an amazing experience at Olive MD, and I want to highlight how fantastic Dr. Pinto truly is. Every time I visit, I know I’m in good hands. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, walks me through different options, and clearly explains potential solutions. His calm, thoughtful approach always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I also want to give a special shout-out to Nisha, their receptionist/tech. I have notoriously tiny and difficult veins, so getting blood drawn is usually a stressful experience for me but she got it on the first try! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and approachable throughout the process. Overall, Olive MD is a great clinic with a wonderful team. Highly recommend!
My health card expired and doctors office took $100 cash and told me to come back with my health card and I would get it back. I came back when I got my health card renewed. The following week I came to the queensway location within office hours and the staff said she couldn’t give it back to me that I had to come back another day. I only have one day off I can’t come back another day. She called the manager and they said they couldn’t help. They were closing and I had to leave that I would get a call back tomorrow because there was no doctor, even though google says it’s open until 7:30. No where does it say to come back during g a certain window. This is very shady. She also said I had to wait until they got paid by Ohip What? It was $100 cash should be easy to get back
Absolutely incompetent office staff. I was at this centre for 3 years with 3 different family docs because the doc kept quitting or moving. Office staff don't answer the phone or put you on hold and hang up on you. They don't answer emails. My wife was delisted without warning or explanation. Office staff are rude, incompetent, and lost. Dr Le Vey was quite good though, before she left. Due to high turnover of physicians and incompetence of office staff, I had to leave this practice. Funny part is that after I told them I'm switching to a different practice and requesting my medical data, they keep calling me to come in for appointments!
Dr. Adekunle Adedini is a wonderful family physician, you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to improve their quality of life. He listens to your concerns, is very respectful, kind hearted, and helps you manage your symptoms. If you have a very busy schedule it's worth noting that he may run a bit late sometimes, but this personally doesn't bother me as I know he uses this time to provide other patients with the same quality care that he provides me. Overall he's exactly the type of person that we need in medicine, I'd recommend seeing him!
Dr. Saleem is literally the worst excuse for a doctor I have ever encountered in my life…and for the record I have a wonderful relationship with my own doctor for over 18 years which tells you the type of person I am. I witnessed this person treat his own patient like a burden in front of my very eyes. I feel bad for anyone who would even consider going here. It’s honestly disgusting that someone like that carries a medical license. Have some care for the people you treat, it’s clear what this so called “doctor” has gotten his license for and it’s not to treat you. There’s plenty of other places you can go to in the area and if you need somewhere opened later there is a medical clinic on the Queensway that is open till 11pm! :) Please spare yourself the experience here and have a great rest of your day!
Dr. Kunle is a remarkable blend of professionalism, patience, and sincere care. From the very first visit, Dr Kunle took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns without rushing or making me feel like just another appointment on the schedule. His approachable and compassionate nature made it easy to discuss my health, and he ensured I felt informed and confident in my decisions. It’s sometimes rare to find a Doctor who pairs medical expertise with such a kind and reassuring bedside manner like Dr. Kunle. Highly recommend this clinic.
