I brought my ebike in the following issues: 1. Rear wheel needed to be trued due to side to side and up and down movement (not due to mounting/seating of the tires or bent rim). 2. Rear cassette noise and sometimes gear skips. I discussed the issues over the phone and in person when I dropped it off to make sure the owner knew what needed to be fixed. I was quoted $80 which was a bit high in my opinion for the issues noted above. 1 day later I picked up the bike and they said they have addressed all the issues as in: 1. Wheel has been trued. 2. Cassette and freewheel was cleaned and this should fix the noise and skipping problem. Total bill was $110 with tax. I took it for a spin and cassette issue was still there and wheel movement side to side has been fixed but not the up and down. Note that the wheel has no dents or cracks from a visible inspection only. I went back to the shop and the first thing the owner said "it is probably because the wheel is bent". It was easy to dissmiss the issue this way and for me to be gone. This is without even looking at the bike before making those statements (he is not the one doing the repair rather the tech at the back). The owner agreed to refund me $50 out of $110. I am thankfull for this and I appreciate it. Now here is the kicker and my issue why I am giving it 2 stars. I took it to another shop where they charged me $30 to fix the up and down movement of the wheel and now it is100% good. While there I mentioned the cassette issue and they said that it is because the cassette is worn down (tge teeth are now curved/shark fin) and needed to be replaced vs serviced /cleaned. It was then replaced and the bike is like new!!! Why over charge someone for a job that is only half done and charge me to clean the cassette/freewheel vs replacing a worn item. Didn't your mechanic know how to do his job? In the end I paid twice. 1st at your shop and 2nd to get it done right. I will not be coming back to this shop nor recomend it.

I brought my E-Bike to this place many times for repairs. Staff is knowledgable and professional. This is honestly the only place I would ever get my E-Bikes repaired at.

This place deserves zero they change my tire Tube Less than 1 km ride turned out flat they use the cheapest tube I try to talk with him and he is unprofessional rude I do not recommend this place

I brought my Trek Verve 2+ in for a service visit and tune up - in 3 years I've never done anything for the bike after an initial fitting, and now I had damaged the bike with a basket net getting tangled into my gears. Jurij was amazing - he fixed everything that was damaged by my accident including straightening a small metal part of the gears, and straightening my back fender. But he also took the time to check everything else about the bike and it rides so quietly now! Thank you Jurij for all your attention and expertise, amazingly fast turn around and really affordable charge. I'll be back next spring to do my brakes!

The guys at eprider went above and beyond to repair my ebike. The senior technician who rebuilt my hub motor is amazing. Incredible work you guys. Keep up the amazing job. Thank you so much.

Had the batteries replaced on my Daymak EM1 in spring 2019. Great experience. Estimate exactly matched the cost. Repair took 2 days. Repair was perfect. Bike ran better than new. While at the shop picking up my EM1. I had my eye on the Supersoco TS 1200R. That's a pretty bike I said to myself. Find my other reviews to see what happened.

DONT waste ur time bringing ur ebikes here they will remove and add cheaper parts to ur bike and tell you that’s how you brought it in. Save yourself some time and search a different bike shop !!!!

Hello Omar, you may bring in your ebike back into the store and we examine to see if it a controller issue and we will replace the controller at no charge if we found that controller is faulty.
