I love this store so much, it’s so cool they have everything, AND ITS TWO LEVELS!?! HOW AWESOME! If my mind was a physical space it would be this store
I've been into this store many many times but Never agsin after this last visit. Upon entry, an old fellow gibbering nonsense started to follow me around the store . wherever i went, he was right behind me . I asked him to stop following. i have ample funds to pay for your stuff, and he would not . I approached the owners, and they complained about shoplifters, but "No, not you, sir, lol . Again, tell him to stop following me . At that point, the owner fully lost it and was yelling "get out get out," so i went to the street and spent my $ 50 at the bi way where i was not harrased nor followed . You, dear owner, have lost a regular paying customer through your own ignorance . Heard of cameras Calling everyone shoplifters is simply pathetic , weak, and displays an inammmmmm the owners response he or she are ⁶ym Uquick to anger . They feel slighted buy the customers . Hey buddy, u cant remeber day before yesterday? Selective memory, i assume Your profiling your customers as shoplifters is not such a great idea I will film your little tantrum next time so u can see how foolish you look . As you can see your response is about as brilliant as your security
This is my second bad experience with this store. The male staffs have such bad attitude. I feel like they don't like kids and young people. When my 2.5 year old child dropped some chips on the ground, I picked them and asked for the garbage to one of the old men very politely as I normally would ask any shopkeeper. But he immediately very rudely said, " garbage, outside!" Just like that. I'm in the middle of my shopping and have to drag a child with me outside, wouldn't any good customer service rep or owner be accomodating It was shocking, since I have never ever been treated this way by any store staffs. I also heard him say, 'don't ever come back to the store' which is the last thing a staff should say to a customer. Eventually, Karma will bite back. It's only a matter of time.
