Tricky and disrespectful staff, specially in front disk, just for a check up and x-ray with 2 insurances charged me with out my consent, when I asked why they started fighting with me, really misbehaving staff, the worst clinic I have ever seen, really bad people
I’ve been a patient here since I was just one year old — and now at 35, it’s bittersweet to say I’ve officially “graduated” to adult dentistry. It’s hard to put into words what this incredible team has meant to me over the years. Dr. Krmec has been an outstanding dentist from the very beginning. Honest, kind, and genuinely dedicated to his patients — I always knew I was in great hands. One of my fondest childhood memories was picking through the boxes of hockey or baseball cards for good checkups — something that made visits as a kid exciting instead of scary. It’s because of Dr. Krmec that I have amazing teeth today. Lihem, my hygienist is nothing short of amazing. She truly cares about her work and it shows in every appointment. She is super friendly and her gentle, thorough approach has always made me feel comfortable and well cared for. And Rosa — she’s a gem. Always so friendly and helpful, whether it’s scheduling appointments or answering questions. She’s made every interaction a pleasure. This place isn’t just a dental office, it’s been a second home in a way — full of care, comfort, and continuity. I’m sad that I have to graduate to adult dentistry but thank you all for being such a big part of my life for over three decades.
From the moment you walk in your child is put at ease with the most kind, patient and professional staff. The dentists will always advise the least invastive procedures and truly have the childs best interest in mind.
I brought my child here after having some traumatic experiences at a dentist and another kids dentist and have been going to him for the past 18 or so years. Dr. D Kremic is fantastic with kids, teens and youth and parents too and his skills and technique are amazing. Thank you so much for all the support and care over the years we appreciate you and your friendly professional team and would recommend this office to anyone:)
Dr. Krmec was very informative and explained the entire procedure in detail to us, taking his time to answer any questions we had. Dr. Jeon performed the procedure and did so in a very detailed and gentle manner. The office staff and hygienists are very friendly and receptive. We are pleased to have our kids as patients at KidsDent!
The worst experience. I've seen many dentists in my life (as we know especially kids dentists must be kind one but this one was harsh) but like this I've never seen before. Every time when child was nervous and tried to know what is in his hands and what will he do he was like "I'm not doing this next time you'll be out".the nurse was kind she tried to comfort him.he started crying and again the doctor said he isn't doing this.. I agreed because I can't take this anymore and you know what it's not like kids dentistry it's like adult dentistry. they are just children they will ask questions and if it is bothering you you must change your direction.
Since doctor could foresee some issues if he was to handle our children’s situation, he immediately recommended to go to another dentist. The issue was mainly the availability of doctors time versus our need and resources required. The suggested dentist should have immediate solutions and resources. The conversation was very confident that you would only see in an expert professionals.
