I’ve been working from Office 146 for the past two weeks using the day pass, and it’s been a great experience. The space has a cozy, warm vibe that makes it really easy to focus and enjoy working, in addition you can have free drink ( coffee, tea, etc) Everything was well organized and smooth, from the amenities to the overall atmosphere. I’m very happy with my time here and definitely plan to come more often to work from Office 146!
Great space for innovation and connection. The venue felt modern but not sterile — lots of natural light and tech-friendly setup. The design helped foster real collaboration without distraction. Would totally recommend it for any startup or founder-focused gathering.

I needed a place to work on short notice during some home renovations. Kam and her team were exceptional and found me a private space immediately. This is a great place for an entrepreneur to set-up and grow their team - lots of options available. I will definitely return in the future!
I am from out of town and needed a place to work for a day so I ended up googling co-working offices and came across Office146 and I'm so glad I did! The space is absolutely gorgeous and there is filtered water, coffee and tea available for the day! Maggie at the front was so kind. Overall really recommend to whether you are popping in for a day or need a place to work that isn't home!
As an entrepreneur who has incubated and grown three companies, I cannot recommend highly enough the shared workspace at Office 146. Not only do you get a modern, clean, safe office in which to do your magic, the benefits of working out of your company office at Office 146 includes a slick and modern coffee bar, conference rooms and meeting rooms you can book, accounting and marketing services….and more. As we crawl out of Covid and your business takes on new life, consider running your business out of Office 146. It’s a space that grows with you. I’m in Markham/Thornhill and it takes me 20 minutes to get there even with a Starbucks stop along the way.
Very excellent service and facility. Great attitude to accommodate me in a pinch to provide me a quiet workspace for a special project. Maggie is excellent.
