I will never go to this location again to rent anything from them. Ryan and his team is not good at all.Imagine I went there 2 months in advance, which was back in August, & reserve a 185c aircompressor for my business so I wouldn't have an issue when is time for me to get it . when I went to get the aircompressor for the date I wanted for they say that they don't have any available & an that i had 4 ppl infront of me on a list, & I should check back in a couple of days,after a week I called back to find out nothing wasn't available as yet & I was #2 on their list & I should try again at a later date. I called them back again and spoke to someone there who will let me know that I was #4 on their list so I ask how come it is I move from #4 to #2 an then move back to #4, he didn't give me a straight answer so I went there in-person to find out what was really going on,while I was there they say that they still didn't have any availableand nothing in the back , but whiles I was there I sitting outside in my truck stress out an frustrated because I really need the aircompressor to winterize my customers sprinkler systems, I saw a other company came and got a aircompressor from the back after they told me serval times they didn't have any available at their location, at the end of the day I just feel like there is bribery is going on at this location around this time in getting an aircompressor. Luckily, i went somewhere else & and got an aircompressor rent from a different company. They made me lose business, so I will never go back there again.
I've been to this location on 2 occasions, both during the pandemic. They have saved my day with equipment and supplies that were critical to project completion. Though busy, they were able to help me get in and out with the stuff I needed, in reasonable time. They have EVERYTHING, and the prices are competitive. Thanks to the team for saving my butt.
