By far my fav beans. I’ve had coffee subscription’s with other brands in the past and they all stopped the moment I started drinking Java Works. It’s the only coffee I buy. Always fresh, flavourful, and perfectly roasted — love the Colombian and Brazilian roasts. Really great customer service. Beans always arrive on schedule, well packed. I’m always excited when I see the Java Works box!! Highly recommend to anyone who actually cares about great coffee. I love to pair a few camper mugs with beans at the holidays- as they make a great gift.
This coffee is AMAZING!!! I absolutely adore their whole bean flavoured coffee and there is such a variety of flavours! Java Works has OUTSTANDING customer service and they deliver super quick. Highly recommend :)
Five star experience with Java Works Coffee for almost 5 years. Order online...goes out same day....delivered within 2 days. Never had a back order. Great product
Coffee is ok but customer service is awful, you place an order and pay to be shipped via Canada Post, Java Works uses another courier and you only find out once the order has shipped (This has happened multiple times with the same excuses from Tom). Time to move on and buy elsewhere where customer choices matter.
Coffee is good. Customer Service is not. As a new customer I tried contacting Java Works to have some questions answered (which weren't on the website) and not one person could help. The front desk person was really nice and tried but ultimately I couldn't get any of my questions answered which was disappointing. I emailed. I phoned probably four times, each time I was told there would be someone to help but no on picked up the phone and it kept going to voicemail. I even left a voicemail for the owner, never received a call back. Coffee is pretty good though, too bad about the customer service.
Always perfect!. Bravado Espresso is my only coffee choice, whole bean, 2 Lb bag, amazing every time!!! Java Works has the best service hands down, super fast shipping, rewards that really are rewarding and the coffee is exactly what you want!!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Not only is this excellent coffee but the customer service is amazing. The coffee is roasted as described, there is no sourness to it at all. I sold coffee for many years including some of Canada's best brands and the Java Works roasters could give them some competition for flavour and quality.
