My son with a nut allergy went there with his grandmother on 8/10/2025 the young man who was handing out samples of Dubai Chocolate told my son and his grandmother that it doesn’t have any nuts in it. In fact it has pistachios. Luckily he spit it out immediately. For the management please train your staff on the importance of knowing ingredients in your products. They can cause serious harm to individuals with allergies.
I bought a pack of dark chocolate, but it turned out to be a complete scam. There wasn’t even a single piece of dark chocolate in the entire pack. I was so embarrassed because I had brought it as a gift for someone who only eats dark chocolate. If you don’t sell dark chocolate, don’t label your product as dark chocolate. The pack cost me $32—worst experience ever and total waste of money.
The young who served me, I believe his name was Ellie was amazing. Great service explained everything I asked fantastically and I will definitely be coming back.
Greet EVERYONE..if one is and the other isn't it can come across as "selective". With 3 employees present (perhaps even one being the manager) a "hello" would go a long way..after all your newer commercials are what got me in..Connection is what it's all about and lots of other chocolatiers creating an experience that's unique and less condescending. Just saying...
Just bought a box of chocolate from the store. The staff was helpful with good attitude, but he forgot to seal the box for us? and the chocolate fell everywhere in the bag. Hope won’t happen next time.
Super rude service. Person behind the counter refused to serve me for being medically exempt from wearing a mask. Said I would need to wear a mask to order chocolate. Absolutely ridiculous tyrant. She clearly isn't the owner. I will miss the hedgehogs but won't be returning ever again.
