Customer service is horrific. Why do you only have one person on register during the holiday season. Had to wait 15 minutes while one person on cash was on the phone locating one item for somebody else at a different store. Ridiculous! There’s a line, at least call for backup or apologize for the wait!
Google maps says 9 pm the store closes and we came at 8 pm and store person said they are closing at 8pm . Such a bad experience from Carters. We came with out newborn baby after travelling 30 mins and very low temperature in snowing time.
Had no clue what to buy, But Alexandrya made it all easy with her expertise. It seems all superheroes don’t wear cape lol. Nevertheless, well maintained store and very helpful and joyfull staff.
Store 03423 Carter's Store. Etobicoke. July 18/24. I needed some assistance (in) finding some clothing, for my Great Niece and a Great Nephew( who is due in mid-August,2024) A nice, smiling and friendly associate, named Treasure, helped me with my 3 'selections'. Treasure is an asset to this Carter's Store! I left the Store, very happy with my purchases! Thank you, Treasure!
Been in there at least five times, and each time the service at checkout has been incredibly slow. Once the line was about six people long, but only one cashier was open while the other was stocking a shelf, and could clearly see that people were waiting. Zero care for customers.
Carter’s is out of stock on infant girl shoes for almost more than 2 months. It’s so sad to see during the holiday season they don’t have basic stuffs. The representative says “it’s our best selling item and it should be in stock soon” but more than 2 or 3 months out of stock is insane.
This place is awful. Was in there today and both the cashier and the manager were absolutely awful to deal with. I brought in an item to exchange with all the packaging, the tag and the receipt and they looked me up and down and then decided they were not going to accept the return. The manager said the item had to be packaged exactly as I received it for it to be returned - absolutely ridiculous as I had my little one try it on and it didn't fit. I've never had an issue returning items that don't fit before so long as I had the tags and my receipt. I will take my business and my return to another location but these people are giving a really bad reputation to what I felt was a decent brand. I will not go back to this store and wouldn't recommend it to others. Stay away!
