The lady server was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible however the food was disgusting! We tried 2 different kinds of wings, pineapple curry & sweet chili, both were almost flavourless and soggy with water. They put the pita and nachos directly in the spinach dip and was also soggy..... Who puts the chips and bread in the dip? Your supposed to dip them !!! The fries frozen not fresh and also soggy no crisp at all to anything. The list goes on as we ordered well over 100 dollar meal. They are willing to try and make it right next time we come in however it was a first time try and will be the last!!!!
One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I went there last week and was completely disappointed. The customer service was absolutely terrible — the staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed like they didn’t care at all. I had to wait way too long to get my order, and even then it was wrong. To make things worse, the food hygiene was awful. The table wasn’t clean, and I honestly started to feel uncomfortable eating there. The food didn’t taste fresh, and the presentation was just bad. It felt like they had no interest in providing quality service or food. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not going back.
First time there and not impressed. My husband ordered the Angus burger on the lunch menu prices but was charged the price of a hamburger at $18.49 instead of $12.99. The waitress insisted it was the burger one but it wasn’t, it was meat sitting on a piece of bread and gravy. I ordered the wings with fries and a piece of celery and carrot but no blue cheese on the plate. Dining out is more expensive now than ever , so obviously people want to pay the correct amount advertised.
I've been ordering from you guys for months and i've noticed the quality of the food has gone down drastically. I usually order the chilli fries or mexican fries and i just received my order with barely any sauce or seasoning. completely bland and this isn't the first time. I first thought I had bad luck on my last two orders but I will never order from you again. I'm honestly really disappointed bc I order from you guys at least once a week.
Horrible place I ordered wings and they came to my table still bloody and frozen. When I told the waitress she apologized and brought them to the kitchen to show the cooks where she was yelled at in front of all customers for apologizing to us. The owner was screening at her saying don’t ever agree with the customers about uncooked meat I can get closed down because of this. I then confronted the owner and he called me a liar. But here’s proof for you guys. Don’t go here people it’s trash, and the chicken isn’t cooked correct.
The food was pretty good, great wings and jalapeño poppers. The place, however, is terrible and cramped. Service REALLY sucked. Our waitress seemed nice enough, but midway through the meal, our table was full of finished plates and despite the waitres seeing the finished plates with wing bones and pile of crumpled napkins which I had neatly stacked ready to be collected were ignored. Finally, I had to move them to a small table nearby by myself. When the second order of drinks (2 beers and a glass of wine) arrived, she pushed two empty beer glasses aside to put the drinks down but didn't even collect the 2 empty glasses. I had to deliberately ask that she take them away. Another waitress seemed to be more interested in hanging out on the sidewalk, smoking and blabbing than collecting dishes etc. As for people there at other tables, several were extremely loud and obnoxious and made the atmosphere very unpleasant. I HATED being there. I 'might' get take out from them in the future but you couldn't pay me to go there again. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Really friendly staff. My local, with really good food on top of everything. Our current go to wing place. Love the broccoli cheddar poppers. Great price for fresh draft beers. Love all the bartenders including Shelley and Marinaz
