Horrible customer service- the guy helping me kept leaving me in the middle of something to help new customers, telling me to wait. The phone case I bought today has already started to fall apart. Not upfront about cost until you pay. Feels like you are buying from some sketchy street vendor instead of somewhere in Sherway gardens.

Aman was great, helpful and friendly. He put a tempered glass phone screen protector on my phone in 5 minutes with no bubbles and took the time to give me lots of good advice about how to protect my phone. I also like that the screen protector has a lifetime warranty and a $10 replacement (if you do something that isn't covered) if you keep the receipt. Wish I had done this before I cracked my last screen LOL! I'll be back with the next phone :-)
