This is the first time I went to Alpha Labs today. The person named Rajanie helped me a lot. My specialists gave me 2 different blood forms. I was missing the main one that I didn’t print it online. She instructed me to send it to the main office and called to fax to Dixon SCC location. Therefore I didn’t need to come back again. She was amazing. She took my blood easily. In general, I have very thin vein but she was professional and not bruised. Very appreciated for her help.
One of the worst labs in Ontario. We completed a test and waited two weeks without receiving any calls or results, while my daughter was in severe pain and no one seemed to care.
I had a great experience at Alpha Labs located at Dixon and Islington. The staff were very professional, kind, and efficient. From check-in to getting the tests done, everything was smooth and quick. I really appreciated how respectful and helpful they were throughout the process. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast and friendly service!
30 I waited there.I'm at the beginning of the line any body Didnt call me. and a employee came. Told me room 2 but I fif t find it. bcs room number inside room. too funny. And I seated and I waited again 15 mins. a employees came and asked pay for vitamin E. I did it cancel. The supervizor or any budy can chech this from camera rec system. First and last time I went there. Even 1 star is too much for both the Ministry of Health and this medical center.
Quickest service ever. I was in and out and the person that attended to me was super nice. She made small conversations and made me feel so comfortable
The most important thing when welcoming someone to your office is to greet them with a warm smile and make every effort to provide the best service available at your center. Here, there are kind-hearted individuals who go above and beyond to assist those in need. Please continue your excellent hospitality!
Dirty, and crowded. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for them to draw my blood, and it ruined the results of the blood work I went for. Myself and three other patients all were there at 7:30 for blood work for am cortisol. It was 9:15 before they brought me back into the dirtiest office I have ever seen, and nearly 10 before they drew blood. Because of this, the test is no longer valid. That's 4 months wait to see a specialist, then 3 more months, to see them again and then 3 more months waiting before starting over again because these people can't perform the orders on the blood Rec. And they don't care they get paid the same. I will never ever come back here, and if you have any brains you won't either
