THANK YOU Thomas!!! We really appreciated how you went above and beyond to make sure our pup Wesley can join us on our rides. Thomas made sure things were safe and perfectly installed. Genuinely thank you so much and we can’t wait to continue to come visit when we are in the area to say hi and get any of our bike needs here.
Thomas is amazing, he’s helped me and my family with last minute repairs and tune ups - super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He’s my go to in the area and should be yours, too!
Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the reviews here about questionable ethics. I got a tune up and an add on service that I was told would be an extra $15 which I was totally fine with. I didn't really pay attention when I was paying but when I got home I saw it was an extra $40. Didn't make any more of it because I just really can't be bothered with these kinds of arguments. The tune up was fine.
Thank You so much to Cycle Butik and Thomas. I am handicapped and ordered a special bike from Amazon to be delivered directly to Cycle Butik. They accepted the delivery.& assembled it for me and did a fantastic job, I can’t thank them enough for giving me my freedom to get out again. Great group of guys, I highly recommend them
Unfortunately, don't think they can't be trusted. My young son took his bike there to get his bent rim fixed. When he got it back, one of the rear brake pads was gone and the brake cable has been cut short. They pointed it out to him and said they could fix it for $25. He said no and brought it home. I looked at the rim and brake just before he brought it there, and both pads where on and the cable wasn't cut. Coincidence? Hard to believe but maybey. Son also said they seemed sketchy when they pointed it out when he picked up the bike and made no mention of it when he initially brought it to them and they look at the rim. Coincidence? Nope, don't think so. Trying to take advantage of a 12 year old? Yep, maybe. Picked up a pad for $5 and regigged the cable it fit with my son. I like to support honest local businesses, but we won't be back. Update- as for the comments from the owner, i was being kind by saying "maybe". Truth be told. He had a bent rim, that's all that was wrong with the bike. I know because I inspected it personally 5 minutes before he walked it to your shop with his younger sister. Walked it, and it was 5 minutes, cause we live a block away. the brake and pad was not broken when he brought it, not broken when your shop inspected it and quoted him the price for the bent rim, but i was broke whe he picked it up and you tried to get him to pay for the damage you caused. Shame on you. I'd come over to speak to you in-person but am afraid it would make me upset and more angry.
My brake fell off when I was riding my bike on The Waterfront Trail. I stopped at Cycle Butik which is conveniently located along the route. They helped me right away. The employee with an Irish accent took care of my bicycle properly and took the time to make sure the brakes were aligned and adjusted. I wish I had known about this place sooner as I live in the area. Highly recommend!!
Preordered my first hybrid bike and it came in 3 weeks. Spent about a day with it and very pleased. Update: A month in and I'm very happy with how robust the devinci bikes are. I highly recommend!
