I visited this store to buy a mattress and initially felt overwhelmed by the choices. Wes and his team made it easy and helped me find the perfect one. I was so happy with my experience that I went back to buy my bed frame too. Their customer service is outstanding and never pushy.
Closed early way before 9 despite hours stating 930, lost a sale. Was ready to place an order and wanted one last confirm of the firmness and got turned away. Will be buying from another chain.
I had a really bad experience at this location . A sales person named Younis made me never want to step foot inside a sleep country store again . At first everything was going fine, however when I asked him if he can match a bundle deal they had over at Endy, he flipped a switch and became rude, pushy, and started steering me towards the tempur pedic mattresses which I made clear that they were over my budget but he ignored me and just started rushing me through the whole process and asking me to put a down payment. When I told him I needed some time to think of other options because I was feeling pressured, he got noticeably irritated and started acting passive-aggressive, and suddenly he became less helpful, short with his answers, and clearly annoyed that I wasn’t ready to commit and put a down payment. It made the whole experience feel transactional and tense, not supportive or professional. Buying a mattress is a big decision, and I expected a lot more patience and respect than I got from him. I ended up going back to Endy and got the mattress on a good deal with a free bundle and a better customer experience overall.
Definitely the place to go! I went there not knowing anything about mattresses and was so confused. I was lucky to get help from Bahaa who walked me through the whole process and made it an amazing-easy experience. I love my new mattress and would definitely recommend sleep country sherway gardens and Bahaa who helped me throughout.
We were very close to purchasing a quality bed-in-a-box online but we thought we should also give Sleep Country a look as they also have a 100 day return program. We went to the Sherway outlet and were very pleased with the both the friendly attitude and the professionalism of the staff. There was no pressure, we were left to test the beds for as long as we liked. We asked for their recommendations once we talked about our sleep habits. We could not be more happy with our eventual purchase. The process in store was easy with a appointment for delivery time made and kept. For a additional $15.00 fee they took away our old mattress. All in all, a very good experience and we would certainly go back to the Sherway outlet with any of our sleep needs. We also purchased two of the Polar Tropic pillows which we both have loved to date.
We'd like to thank Jack for his outstanding service, professionalism and care in choosing our mattresses. The pandemic had brought on challenges and prior to te shutdowns had visited other locations and advising them that we'd been 14yr client and what our needs were but couldn't find the right fit. With Jack the decision was made over the phone as he cared to listen and determine our needs and requests and more importantly recognized the relationship .
