The worst customer service, no amenities. We booked court via message, sent money for playing 2 hours and when we reached there we learned we were double booked. When we asked for refund, they didn’t respond and we had to call the manager 1000 times to get the refund and still we didn’t receive it.
GREAT club and facilities. Best bang for the buck in area from court rentals to lessons. Most importantly though, staff are extremely friendly and coaching quality is top literally in country. Special recognition for coaches who are national team caliber, and extremely good at analyzing and giving bespoke advice. Staff are so friendly compared to many neighbouring clubs and overall club is managed with much higher integrity and service standard than even many east end badminton courts. Strong recommend.
One of the more affordable courts to book but zero air flow during hot days - it gets extremely uncomfortable to play in the summer. Facilities are not well maintained and bookings are often mixed up in error on their end.
Last night(16-2-25 around 10pm), when we went to play badminton, we encountered four players—two Indian men and two white women—smoking right at the entrance, blocking our way. The smell of smoke even spread inside the court, making it uncomfortable for everyone. They had been smoking there for a long time, showing little regard for others. While we understand that some people may lack common sense and basic courtesy, the management should at least step in and warn them against smoking at the entrance. This is especially important as it causes discomfort to others, particularly women.
I've been here a few times to play badminton with my friends this year and it's usually clean and well-maintained. However, it was so dirty and disgusting today when I went. Literally trash everywhere - someone's clothes, coffee on the benches, opened & empty water bottles everywhere and the trash bins overflowing. We told the girl at the counter if we could move to another court as we told her that there's coffee on the benches and trash everywhere. The girl just said yes and remained sitting at the desk doing nothing.... It wasn't even late at night. My friends and I played at 1pm, half the courts were empty and not a lot of people... do a better job at maintaining your facility.
Really bad lighting, blown out bulbs -court #5 2 lights out, court #6 1 light out for months, court mats have gaps in between and huge ripples.. Weekday rental increased from 25$ to $30 per hour. Bad carpets as well, definitely not good for professional matches, at hest intermediate playing.. you'll feel knee pain if you are used to professional courts.
PSA ‼️ BADMINTON FACILITY WITH A TWO-WAY MIRROR IN THE WOMEN’S CHANGE ROOM! i found a two-way mirror in the women’s change room! i did the fingernail test. no space = leave the place please changed this mirror immediately! a two-way mirror in a public place is not the way to go as they are often used with a hidden camera installed on the other side. i as a women did not feel safe. this is a red flag.
