Met an employee named Maria who went above and beyond to help me and explain 2 different products throughly. I didn't end up buying anything but she definitely made me go the more natural route when it comes to sleep aids and pain relievers. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but I genuinely felt like I had just met my new best friend, I was actually sad to have to leave the store because I didn't want to take up more of her time if other customers needed help. She was great and I'm so thankful I had the privilege of meeting her. If I come back to the store it'll be in hopes that I get to interact with Maria again. I truly believe that that is the best form of customer service you would want from an employee
Went on march 6th, not sure her name but she was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Spent about 20 minutes helping me and finding the “perfect” product, exceptional service and will definitely be visiting again
I had a disappointing experience with a representative named Sophia. Her rude and unprofessional attitude doesn’t reflect well on Saje. Should be fired!
horrible customer service. all the sales people were huddle around the cash desk at 6:30pm on Dec 6, 2024.No one sales person bothered to say hello or ask if i needed help. When I cashed out the sales people were snickering about something. I will never be back here and you lost a $500 sale. I went to Aesop sherway where I was treated with respect and kindness.
