Our Samsung washer broke on Friday. Instead of buying a new one at a big box appliance place we decided to just walk one block over to Faulkners. There we met Foazi the store owner. He was so informative and a very nice gentleman. He explained the new washer to us and gave us full service. He will install the new washer take the old one out. I am so happy with the product we picked and the service we will receive. I can not wait for the new washer. Sorry if I misspelled your name. I recommend Faulkners highly. 5 star.we just received our new washer Electrolux. The installation team was first class. They went over and above fixing our dryer as well with a steamer attachment. About six months ago I purchased a new Electrolux dryer from Faulkner’s and just went back to buy a new fridge and stove. The owner’s product knowledge and helpfulness without any hardcore sales tactics are particularly refreshing. He opened my eyes to the benefits of induction cooking (which I researched after my first visit) and provided useful information between the differences between brands. I wasn’t ready to buy on my first visit, but I returned after visiting several competitors and doing my online research. Faulkner’s provides excellent information, customer service and even bettered the competitive pricing I was seeing. In the past, before I was even a customer, they even hooked me up with an appliance repair guy. A local small business that is absolutely worth supporting!!

On Wednesday evening, our refrigerator stopped working a very stressful occasion on Thursday. We decided to go to Faulkner’s, which is our local proprietor owned business. When we arrived, we took a look around at the fridges on the floor and found the one that fit our needs exactly the right model and make. We spoke to Faouzi ,he gave us a very good price on it as it was a Floor model. We made the deal and asked to have it delivered that evening as our fridge was dead. He said he would deliver it after 5 PM.. He showed up about 6 o’clock. They took out the old fridge put in the new fridge set it all up and it was a painless and very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Faulkner and Faouzi.
We have bought from Faulkners for over 40 years - and our recent purchases confirm the service is as fantastic as always. Last year we bought a Bosch Fridge and overhead fan for our gas range. Faouzi was extremely helpful dealing with supply chain issues to ensure the appliances would be available when our construction schedule called for them. Upon delivery there was a small problem with the fridge (a dent) - Faouzi dealt with it in minutes to our complete satisfaction. Prices are competitive but the personal touch and customer service are invaluable. Thanks !!!
Bought a Inglis dryer in 2007 from Faulkner it’s still running strong. I installed a new idler pulley, drum rollers and belt. Hopefully it will continue the good service for another 12 years.
