We ordered from Ubereats. We got the beef tikka kabob and breast chicken kabob (comes with salad and warm, fluffy naan) and kabuli palaw beef. Wow the food is so good and fresh. Me, my husband, and toddler shared the food. The serving is plenty and had some leftovers. I’m glad we discovered this restaurant as we love Afghan food! Happy to support a local business.
Very bad experience Do not eat here Portion of meat is very low staff is very aggressive Called to say this is not nice why charge so much Place was very dirty tables were not clean
This place is fantastic. Both eat in and take out. Good food. Great flavors and fresh. I have come many times and I really like it. The naan is fantastic.
Among all the Afghani joints this one is my new favorite. Serving portions are a little less than my expectations compared with the prices but hospitality, taste and fast service balances out. Lamb dishes are as good as beef and chicken. The wraps are good for dine-in. All skewers are next to none with their own texture and taste. Naan with or without butter doesn't seem much different but tastes good, if yeasts flavor is not strong for your buds. Overall I find it a 5⭐ place for casual dining, family or small events.
I've been ordering from this restaurant for awhile and the food is consistently good always fresh and delicious. Probably the best tasting chicken I've ever had and the rice is so soft and fluffy
Food was amazing. I came with 12 guests, and paid a very reasonable price. They did miss an item but made up for it. Very friendly service compared to the nearby Punjabi restaurants. I got the lamb karahi and it was amazing.
I have been going here and it's predecessor for over 2 years. I have noticed the following changes, as April 2025, and not for the better. What was a solid 4 is now 3.5. 1) the chicken kharia was good, not like Pakistani khari, nonetheless good. It now is 3.5/5 , it appears the ingredients have changed as the cook time has significantly reduced to below 10 minutes. Less tomotatoes and onions in the base. 2) the rice was brown and long grain at one time, loose and thick. Now they are using a white rice that is thin and very basic in flavour. 3) butter chicken, not to my liking. If you enjoy a rich cream with a sweet profile traditional Indian butter chicken, you will not enjoy this version. I will go again and see if this was an off day, but compared to Banyun today's meal did not compare.
