I stopped by Oakberry this morning and got the açaí bowl and it was delicious! The guy working was super friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything on the menu. I really appreciated the great service and how fresh everything tasted. Definitely coming back!
The strawberry matcha was so bad :( like look at the color of this…. A real matcha person would know it’s not supposed to look like this. And this was even before mixing… overall, It did not taste good.
I ordered the Golden Almonds bowl and it was delicious! The almond butter was definitely the highlight of this açaí — and as someone who really loves açaí, I can say that was my favorite part. I also found it interesting that it included collagen, which makes it unique compared to other açaí bowls I’ve tried. Another thing I appreciated was that they allowed me to swap the blueberries for banana, which made it even better for my taste. Overall, it was super tasty and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Finally got to try Oakberry after seeing that it’s opening Toronto locations. Unfortunately the price I don’t think it’s worth it, the acai consistency was a bit more runny than how I like it. Their pistachio butter was something different and yummy! The one male worker that was working today was super friendly and hardworking! Had to handle a big order and multiple customers at once by himself!
My go to smoothie and acai bowl spot during the summer , always end my runs , bike rides, and walks here whenever I can! Definitely recommend trying it out on a hot day! 10/10
I came to this place because I've heard that it is the best acai bowl place. However, the base was too liquidy for my taste. It was more like smoothie than acai bowl. I liked that I could choose different options and size. If you prefer thicker base, I think this might not be for you but if you prefer smoothie-like taste, I think you will like it. And each layers had acai base, so you can never run out of the base and left with bunch of toppings which was good.
Helenn gives excellent service, the bowls are pretty good. I was overwhelmed with all the options they have, so I asked her and she suggested the right thing for me. I highly recommend coming to this place!
